Last month saw the launch of the Diverse Music auditions. We were over whelmed with how many amazing musicians and artists attended. So much so that the studio has been full ever since with new artists recording and writing new material. The auditions were open to all aspiring artists looking to break in to the music industry. Yes the cool and sleek guys from Fun-dmental 03 have signed a major deal with Geffen/Universal. Everyone in the team wants to say a big congratulations. Pop Sessions gave them to Kent first with their performance at KMFM Hop Farm Fire work night in 2006 where they performed to 10,000. Now they’re performing to the world supporting major acts such are Ja Rule whilst recording their album in LA.



Ex Fallen Angelz singer signs to Universal Records

Congratulations to Mollie King ex Fallen Angelz singer who has been working with Pop Sessions. This lucky lady has fallen from the Angelz straight in to a new girl group that has just been signed to Universal Records. Catch the ladies live on tour supporting Girls Aloud on their UK leg.

Music Boot Camp-Kent

'Calling all Musicians, bands and artists'



Diverse Music is pleased to announce the launch of their Music Boot Camp for all aspiring musicians, bands and artists. For the first time we will be opening our Kent studio doors on a Saturday morning from 9am-12pm for local talent to develop their skills in music to create, network and learn new skills with our music production team.

The sessions will cover basic production skills to recording a single with an opportunity to record vocals and live instruments, including mixing a track using protools. There will also be demonstrations for those wanting to learn a new instrument with drum and guitar lessons available on site to small groups. This plus all the advice and guidance you need for getting yourself noticed in the music industry. So what ever your creative aim maybe from rapping to song writing, drumming to strumming there's something for everyone.

The sessions will be structured in four week blocks and will roll out over the summer months offering a variety of exclusive opportunities with a team that have worked with a range of up and coming artists as well as established Top 40 artists.

Yes, it’s true and our team have been fortunate enough to be writing a track with the r&b trio Frixion. The team at Pop Sessions and Diverse Music will be recording and writing with the guys in April before their album launch so wait with baited breath and all will be revealed. DD Taylor


The long awaited EP ‘In to the light’ has finally been finished by the Aylesford artist DD Taylor at our Kent studios. After a whirl wind year recording and writing with the team he has just cut his first single ‘Wallking & Stalking’ and recorded his first pop video with the Creative Ecco team. Press are loving it so much so that DD Taylor has also been given his first radio airplay! Go their DD we can’t wait to hear the album…


Chantelle Curling

Heading for the dizzy heights of success is new pop artist Chantelle Curling. Currently performing on the London circuit CC started recording with the team over a year ago and has just finished her first EP ‘My Turn’ Which is receiving great press and media exposure. Young, gifted and talented are the three words that sum up new R&B artist Keye. Following in the footsteps of his idol Ne-yo; Keye will be recording his first single ŒStrange¹ this month in the studio with the Diverse team.

Keye knew he wanted to be a performer after successfully getting to the finals of his local radio station talent search at the young age of 13. After exposure and a determination to write his own material Keye was talent spotted by the Pop Sessions production team which has given him the opportunity to record his first single ŒStrange¹ written and produced by Malissa Whitehouse and Pop producer Tony Matthew.

Keye was also featured on BBC talent where he made it in to the finals out of 12,000 applicants. The journey for Keye has been amazing over the past few months with key opportunities to write and produce his EP that is in development. As well as a packed diary over the past few years performing in key shows such as Little Shop of Horrors and Mid Summer Night Dream. There is no end to this performers talents.
